Crush 40 musician and singer Johnny Gioeli filed a lawsuit against Sega last December, claiming he had not been correctly compensated over the past 23 years.<\/p>\n<p>In an update, <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sonicstadium.org\/uploads\/pages_media\/2025-usgovcourts-gioeli-sega-judgment.pdf?_cb=1758535347\">new court documents<\/a> have confirmed the case has been dismissed. <a class=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Crush40Johnny\/status\/1970123862810525733\">Gioeli has also issued a statement<\/a> now that &#8220;the news is out&#8221;.
